Training with Kuri

Kido let out a flat "What?" when the woman suddenly grabbed his arm and started to drag him towards the ring. She looked bigger than him so he's not too surprised she could do it easily.

"Oi, can't wait for an answer can you?" he blurted with a rather nervous look on his face. Well, shit. Ain't this the most troublesome situation possible now... Kido thought to himself.

Still, he would let her drag him all the way until they reached the ring, since he didn't actually have anything to do for the rest of the day. A spar might not be a bad idea after all...

Kuri was a little spoiled, and used to having things her way, and it showed when she unceremoniously dragged Kido towards the ring. She would not respond till they are within the ring, "Well usually, people are too intimidated to fight me so i try not to take no for an answer." she giggled, "So get ready, because i play rough!" Kuri started, getting into stance before thinking better of it and signaling for a lock up.

Kido didn't answer or reacted in any ways to her words and gesture. He could understand the "being intimidated" part since she's actually gave quite an intimidating presence since they met. He's also aware that a lock up would pretty much give her all the advantage since she seemed to be stronger than him.

"Play rough, huh..." he'd finally responded. This is going to be troublesome, he thought to himself. The boy was still not used at hitting woman, and since it's a spar he thought that there's no need to get all worked up.

"Before that, I'd like to know if there's a rule or anything."

Kuri had been already to go, but his comment made her realise she might be rushing this, she dropped her arms, and thought. "Okay, how about its like your everyday match? You know, submissions, pins, KOs?" she asked politely. If he agreed she would return to her lock up position, no knowing whether he'd accept or not.

"Fine by me," he replied calmly.

Kido would finally get into a loose kick boxing stance, not wanting to go along with the lock up. Wrestling wasn't really his main thing after all. He usually didn't use this stance on a fight, but sparring to him is a good chance to mess around and try something you'd never really do in a real match.

"Let's cut that boring lock up crap, aye?" said the boy without any expression.

Kuri smiled as he agreed to the terms and she went into a lock up position. But her eyes widened a little at his response before regaining composure, "Ok, no problem!" she had been surprised, most people started with the lock up. She dropped into her stance, and tried to step in making the first move, she would throw a heavy hook right at his ribcage to start off. "Try this on for size!" she would yell as she swang.

As Kuri went for a powerful hook Kido let out a little sigh of relief. His rather thin figure often invited his opponents to pull heavy moves as their first strike. The boy side stepped as the punch came in, swatted her hand away. Riding the momentum he'd rotate himself to her side and swung his back fist at her, stopping just before it'd hit her head. Since it's sparring he thought that there's no need to gave her an actual injury so he'd settle with a "warning" first.

Kido backed away without saying anything. His face still show no expression.

Kuri's hooks were usually pretty effective, so it was that much more shocking when he spun around the attack, and swing a back fist towards her head but never connect it, almost like a warning shot. She blushed a little before turning, most people didnt give such a courtesy in any form of match. "It's nice to meet such a gentleman! But dont let that stop you, no fun if you're just dancing around me!" she said before moving forward again preparing her next strike.

"Fun is a matter of perspective," Kido replied with a little smirk. Since no one else watching the match, he's able to be more relaxed than usual.

The boy keep keeping some distance between them as he's moving away from her. He thought of something. Since she seemed to be impressed by his kick earlier, it might worth to try what he had in mind. Kido would gave a fierce gaze at her, then charged at her with a killing intent. He would rotate his body once they're near, faking his turn kick. If she went for the block then he'd switch and kick her most forward leg with his left foot instead.

Kuri noticed him relax a little and she smiled, whatever he may say, he seemed like he intended to have fun. He kept backing up though, just out of her range, which was annoying. But then he shifted, and he glared at her before charging, at her, seeing the kick from before, she went to block it, only to feel a powerful kick to her left instead. "Gah..." she grunted, "Not bad, Not bad!" then she would try to stop him from gaining momentum by going for a kick to the head before he could press his advantage.
