Ready to Blow: Alizeh Midori, The Emerald Storm Vs "Cherry Bomb" Sayumi Arai

Sayumi tried her best to keep a watchful eye on her opponent, always. One of the biggest ways to get caught out in the ring, or her case, outside the ring, was losing track of the person trying to engineer her defeat. She had seen Alizeh pop up and move away from the ropes, in a green blur. That was never a good sign. With a heave, she staggered to her feet to get a better view of the ring and was treated to her opponent rocketing towards her side of the ring. She didn't look as if she was showboating which only meant one thing…

Even knowing something like that might have been coming hadn't fully prepared her for just how fast Alizeh came through the ropes at her. The failed idol shoved off the barrier trying to meet her partway, throwing out a huge haymaker of a European uppercut to try and catch the Emerald Storm out of the air. Regardless of how well she might have managed to clip the other girl would have no bearing on all that momentum though and Alizeh barreled into Sayumi, toppling backward into the barrier with a hard slam that bent her backward into the crowd, nearly flipping the divider entirely before collapsing back to the floor in a heap.

Alizeh decided early on that if she was to win, than she would have to pull out all the stops and given the position of her opponent it only made sense to go full speed and try for something risky, taking to the air and going between the ropes to try and come crashing down into Sayumi. Something that Alizeh would be successful with doing.. But at the cost of taking a huge uppercut in the process!

"Gah!" Alizeh cried out, the blow rocking her but her momentum carrying her still into her opponent's body, crashing into her and sending both careening helplessly into the barricade, leaving them equally laid out in the wake of it all. Groaning softly and gently crawling away from Sayumi before falling onto the floor and rolling away Alizeh would try and sit up, trying to shake the stars from her vision, trying to get her bearings before Sayumi could!
