Taming the Winds (For 3ho)

Courtenay was the sort that loved power and being in control of things. As well as also possessing them, the Machiavellian Queen was also a frequent person at auctions here and there in Kyoto. Buying the more exotic baubles for herself and adorning them in her mansion, usually in full display of those who attended her evenings of entertainment. The lady had a giant bar and wrestling ring in the foyer of her mansion, masquerading as a legit establishment for there. Yet peer inwardly enough and Courtenay's true forms of entertainment would reveal themselves, her servants worked throughout the mansion. Making sure that any and all client needs were seen to, yet they'd never be on offer as simple playthings. For they were under the maternal control of the Queen, who if had gotten word that they'd been violated in such a way would have Courtenay's full wrath brought upon them and set them as an example.......

It was a typical evening, with Ms Courtenay sitting in her own personal study. Dressed in a modest pink dress, currently her feet were tended to by her newest servant. A cute college student who joined to earn a part time wage, yet would forsake her studies to better tend to the Queen out of her own free will. Courtenay was engrossed in her latest book, pausing to sigh in contentment at her feet being so well cared for. Above her desk was a sword mounted on the wall, rumour had it that it could extend its blade like a whip if held with the grip of one who intended to simply dominate anyone who faced them. On the desk itself was a blue crystal shard, said to be part of a magical staff. One could feel a breeze whenever they held it.

Courtenay's book was tied to this, the lady researching rumours of beings call elementals. Taking the form of humans, yet being born entirely from their elements. Intriguing simply, the queen pursed her lips at the thought of it all. Thankfully for her it was a well behaved night, her servants were doing a wrestling match in the foyer and also working the bar there. She hadn't need to bring her demeaning wrath upon anyone so far..........
